We have been renting SW Florida for years. This stay at Costa Diamante was one of the best ones. Very quiet neighborhood and peaceful. Pool was awesome, looking forward to next year’s rental. Sorry we have to go.

What a lovely home! It was so comfortable + well appointed. We spent many hours by the beautiful pool! The beach chairs were great, two different people asked about them when we had them at Sanibel. Found a great restaurant in town called "The Hangout", left the carry-out menu in the drawer. Scallops with mushroom pasta was terrific! Thanks for a great place to stay! Loved our stay! The house is absolutely gorgeous! Beautiful, quiet neighborhood and close to Pine Island where our dad winters! Came here to be with him on his 80th birthday. This is a beautiful house. We loved every aspect of it! My husband loved the grill and we both loved the pool. We had a fun, relaxing honeymoon, exactly what we wanted. "This house was quite lovely inside and clean. The canal in the back with the pier and tropical tiki hut was fun for my family to go fishing. The large lanai was also very nice for BBQ's and family gatherings. The late pool service would be my only complaint since we had to wait 2 days until we could go in the pool. The management company was attentive to our complaint and not at fault for this and they had compensated us for the pool service delay at check out which was appreciated. The home is in a great location close to shopping and the beaches and it was overall a relaxing and enjoyable stay! Beautiful home and I would highly recommend it!!"(July 2011, Villa Portofino)

"When we first entered this villa, we noticed that it was very clean, well maintained, and the furniture was the best we've seen. The kitchen is beautiful, with granite countertops and lots of room. With four flat screen tv's, we never fought over the remote! The kids enjoyed swimming in the pool everyday and fishing in the shade of the tiki hut. I personally liked the high efficiency of all the appliances...the electric bill was very low! We also enjoyed the pool spa. The heater warmed the spa up very quickly. This villa is in a great location....close to stores and only a 20 minute drive to Fort Myers beach. The management company is a great service, from registration to check out. We really enjoyed our vacation and would recomend this villa to anyone who loves relaxing in a clean and comfortable villa. Our kids were "crying" on our last day!" "totally awesome property" This is the first time that our family has used a vacation home and it was an excellent experience. We were very comfortable and the house was gorgeous. We almost didn't want to leave. I would definitly return to this home. The property manager was there for any problems or questions that we had. Our group decided that the best part of the property was the hot tub spa!!!

We not only heard from the property owner, we were in contact with the managment company. We loved the home. Clean and comfortable. It was an open floor plan and we loved that. Could go out to the pool or fishing in the canal. Loved to walk the neighborhood and see all the other houses. Close to Publix (grocery store) so we saved money not having to always go out to dinner. We were in driving distance to a lot of beaches.

Truly lucked out finding Florian, he was so accommodating and helpful to us. We loved the house he recommended that met our needs. The little notes welcoming us from the owners was such a nice touch. The location was so convenient and what a nice neighborhood, the neighbors were so friendly and helpful. We were house hunting and if we decide to rent out our purchase we will use Florian as our agent. We were disappointed the boat lift was not hooked up as we had our boat with us. Loved Florida in the summer.

We had a wonderful time at Southern Comfort. Even our dog felt welcome which is important as he is definitely a part of our family. Good location - we were able to take trips to both Sanibel Island and Fort Myers beach. The pool was great and the outdoor seating area was wonderful for eating and relaxing. Would definitely recommend this place to others.

We absolutely loved Villa Bella Vista! We had so much at the pool and the kids thoroughly enjoyed looking for fish and manatee nearby! We found we enjoyed just being by the pool rather than running all over trying to find something to do. Each day we kept finding ourselves back at the pool and house! My family stayed at the Bellagio home in late March. The house was absolutely immaculate! Beautifully decorated, everything we needed for our vacation. The heated pool and spa were amazing. Granite countertops throughout the house, double-headed shower in the masterbath; we were definitely spoiled. The owners (property manager) were very pleasant to work with, and even checked on us during our stay to make sure everything was okay. The house came complete with blowdryers, beach towels, bed rails for our young daughters and even had games inside the media center for us to play at night. Not to mention the beautiful pool table that we played on all week long. This is one amazing vacation home!! We only wish we had more time to stay! The beach at the Cape Coral Yacht Club was only 5 minutes away. All the stores were within close proximity and we loved that the house is in a quiet neighborhood.
