Villa Tuscarora is located just north of Pine Island Road, close to Santa Barbara Blvd, and offers beautiful water views across the freshwater canal with western rear exposure, perfect for the evening sun on the pool deck and patio.   The home offers 3 bedrooms, and 2 baths, den/office, as well as a large kitchen, dining area, laundry room, and oversized pavered pool deck.

The Master Suite is split from the other two bedrooms and den, and offers a king size bed, ceiling fan, TV, and pool access.  The attached master bath has dual vanities, corner walk-in shower, and two walk-in closets.

The 2nd and 3rd bedroom have queen sized beds, ceiling fans, and share the pool bath.  A printer is available in the den/office as well as a chair and desk.

The great room features cathedral ceilings, electric fireplace, large flat screen TV, high speed broadband wifi internet, and is open to the dining area and kitchen. 

Villa Tuscarora has a fantastic, oversized pool area, that is perfect for entertaining!  The pool and spa are saltwater, and can be heated by the electric heater.  The pool deck has a large covered patio with deep seating, as well as a large patio dining table and another low seating area.  Guests may use the large stainless steel gas grill, or lounge in the sun on one of the 4 sun loungers.  The pool cage has LED lighting strips that can be turned on for the special ambiance at night.

Close to shopping on the Pine Island Road Corridor, including great restaurants, shopping, Sunsplash Waterpark, and more.   Restaurants and shopping within 5-10 min by car.  Fort Myers Beach about 35-40 min by car.  Cape Coral Yacht Club beach about 20 min by car.

This property is a treasure very spacious plenty of rooms even though it was just the two of us would love to come back and bring family members.We have family that live in Cape Coral so they were able to visit... the layout was perfect with nice wide hallways. We have a nephew who has muscular dystrophy, he easily navigated through the house and the countertop was perfectly situated for his chair as well as the taller kitchen table. This house is truly a gem. The patio was a relaxing spot to read a book take a swim or just watch the moon.

Check in time is after 4:00 PM and check out time is on or before 11:00 AM. Early check in or check out times may be available, but require prior approval by Agent.

Payment Terms and Conditions: A 30% non-refundable reservation deposit is required and will be applied against the total amount due. The final rental payment is due 45 days prior to Guest arrival and is non-refundable at that point. Should the 45 day deadline fall on a Saturday, Sunday, or Holiday, the final rental payment will be charged on the last business day prior to the 45 day deadline.

All rates are plus 11.5% tax.

ELECTRIC CHARGES APPLY: $0.14/KWH WITH $25.00/WEEK FREE ALLOWANCE.
