Florian was so great to deal with from my first call about this property! Check-in and check-out was a breeze! I had a couple of questions when we arrived, called Florian and he came right over and addressed them! Even let me have use of a drying rack from the office! Very nice property although cost was a little on the high side. Would prefer the electricity allowance was a little higher than $25 per week. Apparently if you use the pool the electricity cost is usually hight than $25.00. Good response to concern re the phone.

Check in time is after 4:00 PM and check out time is on or before 11:00 AM. Early check in or check out times may be available, but require prior approval by Agent.

Payment Terms and Conditions: A 30% non-refundable reservation deposit is required and will be applied against the total amount due. The final rental payment is due 45 days prior to Guest arrival and is non-refundable at that point. Should the 45 day deadline fall on a Saturday, Sunday, or Holiday, the final rental payment will be charged on the last business day prior to the 45 day deadline.

All rates are plus 11% tax.
